Rapid Emergency Response Assessment of Earthquake-Induced Landslides Driven by Fusion of InSAR Deformation Data and Newmark Physical Models

Strong earthquakes induce a large number of secondary disasters, such as landslides, which bring serious challenges to post-disaster emergency rescue, and the rapid accurate assessment earthquake-induced landslide disasters is crucial for post-earthquake rescue. This research aims propose an model that suitable specifically targeting first 72 h after earthquake rescue guidance. The combines remote sensing technology Newmark physical mechanics form InSAR Data–Newmark Physical Fusion Driver Model (IDNPM), comprehensively considers dynamic deformation ground surface geological features. To validate predictive performance IDNPM, applied 5 September 2022 Luding event 8 August 2017 Jiuzhaigou event. qualitative evaluation, confusion matrix Receiver Operating Characteristic (ROC) curve are utilized quantitative assessment. results show IDNPM can effectively reduce false negative positive errors in prediction by utilizing SAR information, certain extent, it accounts dependence on accuracy empirical formulas geotechnical parameters. For event, shows improvement 10.296% compared traditional model. there also 3.152%, with promising generalization performance. simplicity ease operation constructing accompanied high reliability accuracy. findings provide essential references development models offer robust data support recovery efforts earthquake-stricken areas future.
